My two movers, Tucker and Javais, were so professional and polite. They were very good at what they do. These two young man didn’t slack. They worked so hard the whole time. They did break a glass shelf but it was an accident. He was immediately on the phone with his supervisor and they are having a new one cut.The manager was pleasant. They showed up on time and it was well worth the money!Thank you guys!

Moved from Charlotte to Canada was told they take care of all paperwork pack everything ,they had no idea what paperwork was required and had to come back and pack TVs and a few other things that they said driver would pack , sales lady Tammy and coordinator Shelley had no idea ,I will never use allied again and suggest you do not

Amended review: several things I packed are missing, including a Bible my Grandmother gave to me when I was a baby. Priceless things to me that can’t be replaced. The only other people with hands on these things between Leland and Castle Hayne were the movers. You tell me where they are?!?

I used Miracle Movers for a 2500 square foot commercial move. In addition to office furniture and equipment, there were 400 banker boxes worth of files. Vince was easy to work with for the quote and very responsive leading up to the move day - he came through with additional boxes on short notice. Chris and the crew that handled the move were top notch. It took 2 large trucks and 6 guys 11 hours to fully move everything. Everyone hustled, while staying in a good mode, despite the length and difficulty of the move and the fact it rained on and off all day. Without hesitation, I recommend Miracle Movers!

Beware of the non-binding estimate.They come to your house and carefully examine what is being moved,and give you a price range.Nothing extraordinary happens during the cross town move and the price goes up from the maximum1200 to 1800.When you complain,they remind you of the non-binding estimate.Bad business for people who want a real price for their move.

Oh my goodness...Miracle Movers are the best! I moved part of my household from Wilmington, NC up to Wilmington , DE. They were efficient, careful and so kind and helpful. All my pieces and furniture arrived in beautiful shape. Tyler and Ritchie were fantastic in how they packed everything up and unpacked everything at my other home here in Delaware. The team of Joe, Al and Shy did a fantastic job of moving my 3-bedroom condo down the road. They showed up on time, Joe explained the process and the team got to work. They were so efficient that they finished an hour ahead of the estimated time! BTW - not one broken item. This was our second move with Miracle Movers and if we move again, we will definitely hire them again. My hats off to Miracle Movers and their fantastic staff!

She takes the stress out of the process by anticipating our needs, and pairing us with the BEST crew for each move. As a design company, we move high end items that require special care. I had called a few moving companies, and they were wonderful, but John at Miracle Movers went above and beyond. He was very responsive, called and followed up. When the day of the move came, the movers Christian, Christian and Darrick were wonderful. They packed us up in a timely fashion and treated our home liked theirs. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about this move! 8/9-8/11. From the first phone call, to the on-site estimate, to the loading and unloading, everything was excellent. Shike and Tony were great! They treated my belongings with respect, communicated about their arrival time, never got impatient as decisions about furniture placement had to be changed, worked efficiently, and were courteous! My friend even commented about these things and said she would be calling Miracle Movers for her upcoming move.Highly recommend.

Move from hell. Hired them to pack and move. Sent a crew that had no packing experience. Many items including electronics thrown in boxes with no padding. scratched furniture by not using blankets over some of the items. Mismarked cartons which made unpacking difficult When I called to complain they told me they were to busy to process my claim. In my opinion the only miracle here is that they are still in business. You have been warned

What can I say but this was the best moving experience we ever had!! We were moving our parents to Arbor Landing at Compass Pointe . Jason immediately called me back . We needed movers quick, and he fit us in . Tim and Maurice did an awesome job. Tim was friendly, extremely hard working, as was Maurice. Tim was also great with my parents . We will call them for all our moving needs.

We moved across town in June 2023 and interviewed several movers. Miracle Movers gave us a fantastic quote off the bat, their rep was on time, polite and friendly, answered all our questions and ensured we would have enough space for all our stuff. On move day, the team was on time, courteous and friendly, efficient, they wrapped our furniture well, packed the truck carefully and got on the road by 1p. By 2p they were unloading and by 5 they were done. Nothing was damaged in the move. The team went the extra mile to place things wherever we requested them, including our piano. We were extremely happy with the service we received and would gladly recommend Miracle Movers.

Had a move on 7-5-23. My contract was for 2 movers for two hours. The movers showed with three movers and attempted to charge me for the additional mover without my consent. The job took about 50 minutes and the company felt I should be billed for the extra mover. This behavior was totally unethical. The female in the billing office advised "she was not aware of a third mover". Please beware of this behavior. I will be sending a letter to their corporate office and the Better Business Bureau as well.

Miracle movers my son in law works for miracle movers for over 5 years About 6 weeks ago, he broke his hand on the job, no fault of his own. Hes been trying to collect workman's comp. It's been to the doctor's who has had an operation been going to therapy. And yet miracle movers will not send workman's comp his hours. So in the last six weeks he's been hurt. He hasn't gotten one dime. Now they're threatening to throw him out of his apartment with his 2 little babies. Now I don't know about you. But that's pretty bad.If I were choosing a moving company. I think I stay away from Miracle movers

Our very short move in Pinehurst today began with a steep driveway and two crews in large trucks they had been assigned, (contrary to plan). But James and his crew -- Roger, "J", and "KV" pivoted in a very professional way, and knocked out our load and unload in just over 4 hours! The care they took with EVERY piece of furniture, (including an heirloom marble-top table), was only overshadowed by the quickness at which they moved through each room -- in both the load and unload stage. Polite and professional, they operated as a well-oiled machine and we enjoyed working with them. My wife and I would give them our highest recommendation!

This is the best move I have ever experienced, and I have moved a lot. Courteous, professional, helpful, there are not enough compliments I can pay this company. Move went off without a hitch, not so much as a scratch on anything. Worth every penny and then some. Thank you Miracle Movers for this terrific job!

If I could give 100 stars I would. Jared, Josh and Carlos were excellent and by the end of the day we felt like they were family. They truly went above and beyond helping me as well as my husband who has dementia. They were very professional and very kind to us through the whole process. We were so lucky to have these guys as our movers. Very professional, respectful hard working young men! Would definitely use again!!!!

I am completely impressed with this company! Matt worked around my schedule and Kade and Jason were absolutely a pleasure to work with. They moved my daughter from her apartment in the mountains. She graduated from Western Carolina University and moved back home. Allen and Deandre took care of her and her belongings. It was a long drive up and back down the mountain but they did it safely. I am very pleased and we will absolutely use them again. Thank you Miracle Movers.

I had a really unique situation, a driveway that would not allow PODS drivers access do to incline, I called Miacle Movers as we have used them before in a different location in the state. I was put in touch with Mathew Godzuk , he met me at the PODS facility in Charlotte where we had 3 PODS, he examined and then came up with a great battle plan. I had all 3 PODS dropped in the street at once and Miracle Movers had 6 men show up and in roughly 4hrs. they were done. I will say that everyone involved in this process from Miracle Movers were amazing, professional, and very hard working, without question if we ever need any moving help in the future the first and only place I will go is Miraclr Movers!

What a terrific job the crew from Miracle Movers did! Everything that could have sustained damage in a move was carefully wrapped in padding and arrived perfect. Moved a 3 bedroom townhouse into an urban apartment yesterday. Movers were on time and responsive. The crew was personable and respectful- they did everything I asked them to help with and then some. I had a large piece to donate that a previous crew could not move- TJ, Chris, and Tom got it to the first floor of my house.They were careful and I had no damage to anything. They were even finished a little early!Highly recommend - will use Miracle Movers for my next move!

My husband and I moved from Wilmington down to Florida and used Miracle Movers. We were so grateful for the prompt response from the quote team as the move need to happen quickly.On the day of our move, Corey and Travis arrived promptly at the schedule time at our third floor apartment with smiles and incredible work ethic. They had our belongings packed in less than 3 hours. The truck arrived in Florida and we were unpacked again in less than 3 hours.Nothing was broken. The moving guys were professional, prompt, and very efficient. The company's estimate portal was easy to use, and you didn't have to upload a bunch of photos which can be prohibitive. All you had to do was to give descriptions of each item if the item was not already listed on the portal.

Moving is not fun! Chad and his team with Miracle Movers improved the experience immensely. They started by being prompt, professional and friendly. The mighty team of three took great care with every box, bin and piece of furniture.They were so helpful in placing items where we needed them. We have moved 14 times in the past 25 years and the experience we had with Miracle Movers was by far the best. I would not consider using any other company!

Overall, a truly excellent experience. This was a move across state lines (3+ hour drive), which also involved home-to-home and two storage facilities. And - it was required just a couple days after Christmas.Crew Chief, Jay, orchestrated every detail with the utmost professionalism and customer-friendly demeanor. And this approach - along with tireless work and plenty of patience - extended to the whole crew (Jay, Vaughn, Avian, and Cody in Wilmington and Jay, Vaughn, Corey, and Donny in Charleston).The pre-move evaluation and sales process was handled by my wife and the Wilmington area office for Miracle Movers and she had a similarly good experience.Amidst a very stressful week and process, these people really rose to the occasion and we are truly grateful.Super value too - pricing was much lower than a competitive quote we received.In short, if you need a mover in the Wilmington area, I’d highly recommend Miracle Movers!

I had the BEST experience with Miracle Movers of Wilmington. Moving is so stressful, but the crew at Miracle Movers was friendly, kind, professional,fast, and efficient. Wonderful experience with my Miracle Movers team. Moving is STRESSFUL, but these guys made it sooo much better. Quick, efficient, professional and careful. We had every intention to buy the crew lunch but they were done so quickly we never got the chance to pick up their food!!! Would absolutely recommend Miracle Movers to anyone who asked for a good moving company and if I ever have to move again, I'm definitely hiring them to move me.

We hired Miracle Movers to help us load a Uhaul when moving to Virginia. The two gentlemen that came were nothing short of amazing. Both of them worked extremely fast but cautiously to load our truck (2 hrs) and did an amazing job.I can’t recommend Miracle Movers enough!!!!!!

My move was a difficult move,, it was a piano going to a second floor and there was no elevator. The movers were professional, kind, and understanding. They worked very hard until they got the piano moved safely into my livingroom in perfect condition. The entire move from the initial phone call to signing the receipt after the move, was very smooth. I highly recommend Miracle Movers.

Property was well wrapped and taken care of but a lot of standing around doing nothing while I was being charged by the hour. Took twice as long as it should have. To the point that me and my daughter started moving things on our own. Cost twice what it should have cost due to being SLOW. There was very little to move and 6 hours was uncalled for.

I was so impressed with their professionalism, their kindness, their caring, and their responsiveness during my move from NC to KY, that I asked them to come to KY and move me locally! We recently moved from Apex, NC to Bolivia, NC. We were so happy with Miracle Movers of Raleigh. From the quote, to move to storage, and then outbound to our new house, everything was top notch!
