Miracle Movers gave us a fantastic quote off the bat, their rep was on time, polite and friendly, answered all our questions and ensured we would have enough space for all our stuff. Our very short move in Pinehurst today began with a steep driveway and two crews in large trucks they had been assigned, (contrary to plan). But James and his crew -- Roger, "J", and "KV" pivoted in a very professional way, and knocked out our load and unload in just over 4 hours! The care they took with EVERY piece of furniture, (including an heirloom marble-top table), was only overshadowed by the quickness at which they moved through each room -- in both the load and unload stage. Polite and professional, they operated as a well-oiled machine and we enjoyed working with them. My wife and I would give them our highest recommendation!

I had a really unique situation, a driveway that would not allow PODS drivers access do to incline, I called Miacle Movers as we have used them before in a different location in the state. I was put in touch with Mathew Godzuk , he met me at the PODS facility in Charlotte where we had 3 PODS, he examined and then came up with a great battle plan. I had all 3 PODS dropped in the street at once and Miracle Movers had 6 men show up and in roughly 4hrs. they were done. I will say that everyone involved in this process from Miracle Movers were amazing, professional, and very hard working, without question if we ever need any moving help in the future the first and only place I will go is Miraclr Movers!

Beware of the non-binding estimate.They come to your house and carefully examine what is being moved,and give you a price range.Nothing extraordinary happens during the cross town move and the price goes up from the maximum1200 to 1800.When you complain,they remind you of the non-binding estimate.Bad business for people who want a real price for their move.

Move from hell. Hired them to pack and move. Sent a crew that had no packing experience. Many items including electronics thrown in boxes with no padding. scratched furniture by not using blankets over some of the items. Mismarked cartons which made unpacking difficult When I called to complain they told me they were to busy to process my claim. In my opinion the only miracle here is that they are still in business. You have been warned

Had a move on 7-5-23. My contract was for 2 movers for two hours. The movers showed with three movers and attempted to charge me for the additional mover without my consent. The job took about 50 minutes and the company felt I should be billed for the extra mover. This behavior was totally unethical. The female in the billing office advised "she was not aware of a third mover". Please beware of this behavior. I will be sending a letter to their corporate office and the Better Business Bureau as well.

Miracle movers my son in law works for miracle movers for over 5 years About 6 weeks ago, he broke his hand on the job, no fault of his own. Hes been trying to collect workman's comp. It's been to the doctor's who has had an operation been going to therapy. And yet miracle movers will not send workman's comp his hours. So in the last six weeks he's been hurt. He hasn't gotten one dime. Now they're threatening to throw him out of his apartment with his 2 little babies. Now I don't know about you. But that's pretty bad.If I were choosing a moving company. Moved a 3 bedroom townhouse into an urban apartment yesterday. Movers were on time and responsive. The crew was personable and respectful- they did everything I asked them to help with and then some. Great move! Nicest guys imaginable! Fast ,courteous, strong and agreeable. Can’t say give enough good things about Kyle, Martin, and the third guy who loaded (name escapes me). Our estimator Vince was top shelf as well. We have moved over 15 times with my previous career and this was the best!

Property was well wrapped and taken care of but a lot of standing around doing nothing while I was being charged by the hour. Took twice as long as it should have. To the point that me and my daughter started moving things on our own. Cost twice what it should have cost due to being SLOW. There was very little to move and 6 hours was uncalled for.

This was my second move with Miracle Movers. I was so impressed with their professionalism, their kindness, their caring, and their responsiveness during my move from NC to KY, that I asked them to come to KY and move me locally! Thankfully they agreed. Richie and Tyler were a joy to work with. They did everything I asked and more with care and respect. If the survey allowed, I’d give them 10 stars! They are my “go to” people!

We recently moved from Apex, NC to Bolivia, NC. We were so happy with Miracle Movers of Raleigh. From the quote, to move to storage, and then outbound to our new house, everything was top notch! They used extreme care with our furniture, wrapping everything with blankets and wrap. They listened to us with regard to our important pieces of furniture. Nothing was damaged! Big shout out to Teresa, Bo, Vinny, and Roy! Thank you for making our move stress free!

We had a great experience with miracle movers! They were on time, communicated their arrival time, we’re very professional and affordable. They did a fantastic job of packing our moving truck and made sure everything was safely and securely packed. We had a great experience and they took so much of the stress off of moving! Absolutely would recommend and use again!
